Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd - Temporary Road Closure - Station Road, Walmer - 27th September 2026 (Dover District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Station Road, Walmer, from 27th September 2026 with estimated completion by 27th September 2026.

Station Road, Walmer, will be closed at the railway bridge, between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Sydney Road, St Richards Road, Salisbury Road, Court Road, Station Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing tree cutting works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
